All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

DELIVERY TIME
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is confirmed. Delivery times are estimated and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. We do not ship our products on Sunday.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within a maximum of 2-5 business days from the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Complaints and Grievances
In case if you have any product or post- delivery complaints/grievances, you must notify us within 15 days of having received the order.

Refunds and Returns
Only defective and damaged products can be returned within 4 working days from the day of delivery. The refund amount will be processed via RazorPay within 15 working days.
